Application and approval
Submitting an application does not make you an approved partner, employee, agent, or reseller. Nom may approve, decline, defer, or request more information, and lead submission remains unavailable until approval.
Qualified opportunities
Only genuine restaurant opportunities submitted through the approved portal are eligible. Duplicate, existing, fabricated, incomplete, self-referred, or unauthorized contacts may be rejected. The restaurant must have agreed to be contacted.
Commission paths
Referral, sales, setup, recurring, add-on, bonus, or custom commissions depend on the active portal rule or a written offer. A submission or introduction alone does not create an earned commission.
Validation and payout
Commission records move through review, validation, approval, and payout states. Eligibility may depend on accepted attribution, cleared customer payment, completed setup, restaurant confirmation, required tax details, and the applicable written rule.
Conduct and brand use
Partners must use current Nom material, describe the product and pricing accurately, protect confidential information, and never collect money or bind Nom without written authority. Misrepresentation, spam, fraud, or brand misuse may lead to suspension or termination.
Contact and records
You confirm that the application is accurate and authorize Nom to use it to assess program fit, prevent fraud and duplicates, operate the program, and contact you by email, phone, or WhatsApp about your application and participation.
Independent relationship
Participation is non-exclusive and independent. You have no authority to negotiate for, employ on behalf of, or otherwise bind Nom. Nom does not guarantee approval, lead acceptance, sales volume, earnings, or any business outcome.
Changes and ending participation
Nom may update or pause the program and communicate material changes. Either party may end participation; brand-use rights then end immediately, while valid approved amounts remain subject to the applicable rule and legal requirements.
